It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Michael on June 10, 2025. He was 64 years old.
Beloved life partner to wife, Linda Brown-Bond of 31 years.
Michael was the son of Gloria Bond and dear brother of Lori Bond-Smith (Ian), Abby Bond (Susan) and John Bond (Bonnie). He was predeceased by his father Albert Bond and sister Joan Veitch.
Michael was father to Danielle Brown (Jack), April Harvey, Michelle Bond and Christopher Bond.
He was a proud grandfather to Christian, Austin, Brayden, Brooklynn, Jacob, Christopher Jr, Alexander, Spencer, Alexis, Paige, Justice, Adrian, Faith, Cameron, and Brianna. He was great-grandfather to Jace.
Michael’s warmth, kindness and generosity of spirit touched the lives of many and he will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.
“My love for you is a river, and even though you’ve left the shore, it will always flow carrying my love with you”.

As per Michael’s wishes, there will be neither a formal service nor celebration of life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Hospital for Sick Kids would be appreciated.
