Passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2026 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance with his loving family by his side. Born in Bothwell, Ontario, Dennis was the son of the late Lorne and Florence Carroll. He was the cherished husband of Deborah Alliet for 36 years, and the beloved brother of Betty McPeek (John), Carol Morris (late Kitt), Janet Marchand (late Leonard), Brian Carroll and late Kenny Roebuck. Dennis will also be missed by his step children Scott Alliet (Nicole) and Billie Jean Alliet, and was the proud grandfather of Corde, Ethan, Alyssa, Alex and Kendall.
Dennis Wayne Carroll enjoyed country music, especially Merle Haggard. He loved cheering on his favourite teams, especially the Cleveland Indians and the Denver Broncos. Dennis also loved to travel.
Aquamation has taken place. Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, March 20 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. at Life Transitions Burial and Cremation Inc. (397 McNaughton Ave W)
