CHALMERS, Audrey Ruth Chalmers

Surrounded by the love of her family, Audrey Ruth Chalmers peacefully finished this part of her journey and entered into the presence of the Lord at Stedman Community Hospice on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the age of 88.

Beloved wife of the late Rev. Kervan Chalmers. Loving mother of David Chalmers (Peggy), Sheryl Cameron (Rik), and John Chalmers (Sarah). Cherished grandmother of Justin, Brett, Rochelle, Desirae, Jordan, Seth, Taylor, and Ethan, and proud great-grandmother of 12, with two more on the way. Dear sister of the late Wilma (Wally) and Marge (the late Ken). She will be fondly remembered by her extended family and many dear friends.

Audrey loved the Lord with all her heart and lived a life grounded in faith, devotion, and kindness. Her family—her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren—were the greatest joy of her life. Alongside her husband, their life in ministry led them serving the provinces of Ontario and Saskatchewan and overseas in Kenya. She was a faithful member of her church community and treasured the friendships she built there over the years.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at Cedarview Church, 20 Cedar Street, Paris, Ontario. Audrey’s service will be live streamed. In lieu of flowers, donations in Audrey’s memory may be made to Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford, in gratitude for the kindness and care shown to her and her family.
