Sylvia Ann Chomitz (née Charlton) passed away peacefully on Monday, August 18th, 2025, at Stedman Community Hospice, Brantford at the age of 92.

As per Sylvia’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
