Graciete peacefully passed away, surrounded by her family at Margaret Bahen Hospice, Newmarket on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at 79 years of age.
Beloved wife of Fernando. Loving mother of Fernanda (Frank), George (Melody) and Milena (Tony). Proud Avó of Matteo, Lucas; Ashley and Vanessa.

Visitation will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Rd., Bradford on Sunday, August 10, 2025 from 2-5 pm Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Monday, August 11, 2025 at 11 am Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.
In Graciete’s memory, donations may be made to Margaret Bahen Hospice or Stronach Regional Cancer Center at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
