EARLE SR., David William “Bruce” Earle Sr.

Died peacefully surrounded by family at Providence Healthcare, Toronto, on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at the age of 79.

Dearly beloved husband of Barbara for 57 years. Loving father of David (Christine), Jennifer (Sean), Stewart (Lorena). Cherished grandfather “Pa” of Lauren, Stewart, William, Richard, Madeline, Ryan, John, Mark and Maisie. Dear brother of Reen (Doug) and brothers-in-law Randy and Bill. Predeceased by his siblings Jenny, Gerald, Reuben, Sally and Fraser. Will be missed by all his nieces, nephews, family and friends.

David served on the Toronto Fire Department for 32 years. He saved countless lives both on and off duty. Gone but never forgotten.

Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 12:30 pm until time of funeral in the chapel at 1:30 pm. Reception to follow.
