ECKER, Richard James Ecker

Passed away, peacefully, on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, at his late residence, Tillsonburg, “Richie” Richard James Ecker, lifelong resident of Tillsonburg, age 79. Richie was a son of the late Laurence David Ecker and the late Isabelle Mary (Hughes) Ecker. Richie was a self-employed Carpenter/Handyman. Richard was from a large family with his siblings: Barbara Lyn (Ecker) Paterson and Lloyd, Salford, ON; infant David Ecker (1943); Edward Laurence Ecker (Joyce), Tillsonburg, ON; Brian Ecker (Carol), London, ON; Dennis Ecker (Maureen), Dobbinton, ON; Marsha Hansen (Dan), Nanaimo, B.C.; Linda Gleason (Hillary), French River, ON; Janice Klein (George), Union, ON and Stephen Ecker (November 23, 2014). Survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation has taken place.
