After a short battle with pneumonia, it is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our dear father, Richard Edward Foster (Dick), who passed away at the age of 78. Richard passed away at the Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital on Sunday, December 22nd, 2024, surrounded by family.

Beloved husband of the late June Foster. Loving father of Robert and his wife Christine, Ron and his wife Shelley, and daughter-in-law Debbie. Cherished grandfather of Justin and his wife Taylor, Tanner and his girlfriend Claudia, Ryan, Niki, Robert Jr., and Tamara. Richard will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Our family would like to thank the ER and ICU staff for the great care they provided to our father. Cremation has taken place. Richard never wanted a fuss and did not want a service of any kind.
