GRAHAM, Gary Alexander Graham

He of Walkerton passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, July 5, 2026, in his 81st year.

Born on May 26, 1946, in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Gary was raised in Matheson, where he developed the strong work ethic that would guide him throughout his life. Trucking was more than a career—it was his passion. He also had a lifelong love of music, which brought him great enjoyment over the years.

On September 16, 1967, Gary married the love of his life, Lesley. Together they shared nearly 59 years of marriage, building a life centered on love, family, and unwavering devotion.

Beloved husband of Lesley, Gary was the devoted father of Allen (Nicole) and Lynn (Rob) Bell. He was a proud grandfather to Dr. Madison (Alex), Kenzie (Dan), Sarah (David), Alexa, Pierre (Diana), and Stephanie (Nicholas), and a cherished great-grandfather to Stella, Ava, and Sam.

Gary Alexander Graham will be lovingly remembered by his sisters-in-law, Judy Graham and Deb (Eric), as well as his niece, Tammy, and his nephews, Ronald (Shelley) and Cody.

He was predeceased by his parents, Alex (2012) and Marion (2021) Graham; his brothers, Stuart (1948) and Brian (2011); and his nephew, Tim (2026).

Family and friends are invited to visit with the family from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at Cameron’s in Walkerton. A funeral service celebrating Gary’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the funeral home, followed by a reception.

Private family interment will take place at Walkerton Cemetery.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the Home and Community Care staff, Gary’s physicians, caregivers, and the many friends whose kindness, compassion, and unwavering support made it possible for Gary to remain at home. Your care, generosity, and friendship brought comfort not only to Gary but to the entire family and will always be remembered with sincere appreciation.
