HALLETT, Frank Stanford Hallett

Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Passed away in Oshawa, Ontario, peacefully with family by his side on February 15, 2026 at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, at the age of 62 years. Beloved husband of Susan Mac-Leod for 42 years. Loving dad of Anthony Mac-Leod (Dianne), Rhonda Ash, Diana Franklin, and Latoya Mac-Leod. Cherished grampy of 12 grandchildren, and 2 late grandchildren (Lashawn & Lavontae) who he is together again with in heaven. Great-grampy of 2 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Caroline “Mabelle” Benoit (Arthur), Frankie Benoit, Valerie Cameron, Diana Leigh Hallett, Robert Hallett (Kathy), and the late Geraldine Askew, Donna Askew, Deborah Steeves, and Ronald “Jeep” Hallett.

Sam will also be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews, best friend Chris Hernborg, and several work friends at Canadian Tire. Sam loved spending time with his family, he was also a devoted Nascar fan who never missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite driver 24 Jeff Gordon.
