Passed away surrounded by loved ones on Friday,
September 19, 2025 at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville Hospital. Beloved husband
of Betty (née Johnson) for 51 treasured years. Loving father of Stephanie
Koelmans (Jason) and Kevin Formosa (Keri). Cherished grandpa of Henry
Koelmans and Connor Formosa. Dear brother of Joe Formosa (Margarida) and
Maude Topping (Warren). Mario was welcomed into Heaven by his late brother
Anthony Formosa and his parents, Joe and Teresa. Relatives and friends are invited
