With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of John Houlden on May 27, 2025.
John’s love and devotion will be cherished and remembered always, by his best friend Cindy,
and his children Matthew, Mike (Tammy), Daniel (Ashley), and his adored grandchildren Johnathan, Carson, Bennett, Lucas and Owen. To John family was everything.

John was a man of warmth, strength and humour. He spent his career at Shoppers Drug Mart with their store concepts division and will be dearly missed by extended family, friends, co workers and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A celebration of life will be held at a future date and will be announced on the Barnes Funeral Home website.
