With saddened hearts we share the news that Birute (Susie) Ona Antanavicius (nee Kantowski) has peacefully passed away on August 28th, 2025 at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Susie is predeceased by her husband Roman and her beloved son Wayne Antanavicius.
She leaves behind her two granddaughters Tina Oppermann (Sven) and Krista Gardner (Craig), along with 4 great grand children, Julianna, Jessica, Emma and Avery.
The family would like to thank the wonderful medical staff at St. Joe’s and Highgate Residence for their dedication and commitment to providing the best care for Susie. A private ceremony will be held by her family to honour her life.
