He leaves behind Marlene, his beloved wife, business partner and best friend for 60 years. His cherished children Kathy Beuglet (Tim) and David Kolody (Corinne).
Predeceased by parents Joe and Pauline Kolody, Beloved brother to Emily Rocheleau (Gary), Vera McLeod (Dave), Lisa Kolody (Stephen Coleman).
Mo was the proud grandfather of five grandchildren. Nicole Surlin(Stephen), Ryan Beuglet, Kate Kolody, Jack Kolody and Lauren Kolody. Great grandfather to newly arrived Leon Morris Surlin. His family was his greatest joy.
Mo was born in the Ukraine and immigrated with his parents and sister as a young child in 1951. He worked as a police officer, at General Motors, and was an entrepreneur starting Kolody Contracting with Marlene since 1976. Mo was an avid outdoorsman, and made many wonderful friends over the years. Mo will be remembered for his gentle strength, his sense of humour and his unwavering love for his family. Mo had a strong faith in God and he lived his faith daily. Mo was deeply committed to his home country of Ukraine and supported his family there and the independence efforts tirelessly.

Family and friends are welcomed to join the family at Lakeshore St Andrews 235 Amy Croft on Thursday November 6 , 2 – 5:30 pm and 7 – 9 pm.
