LAMA, Giuseppe Lama

Peacefully, at his home in Vienna, surrounded by family on Saturday, May 16, 2026, Giuseppe Lama passed away at the age of 82 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Eleanor (Hayhurst) for 58 wonderful years. Proud and loving father of Norman Lama (Karen) and Sonya Chmilewski. Cherished grandpa of Jessie Ellsworth (Christian), Clayton Chmilewski, Morgan Lama and great -grandchildren Samuel Daigle and Hudson Ellsworth. Dear uncle of Frank, Andy, Bob, John, Sabrina and Diana Lama. Joe was predeceased by his parents Francesco and Giovanna (DeGrandis) Lama, and his brothers Tony Lama (Grace) and Enzo Lama.

In keeping with Joe’s wishes, a private family graveside service will be held at Trinity Anglican Cemetery in Port Burwell. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by the Lama family.
