Andy LeBlanc

He was born April 7, 1934, in Liverpool, Nova Scotia, passed away peacefully with family by his side on March 13, 2026, in his 92nd year.

Andy was predeceased by his beloved wife, Louise (née Bourden). He is cherished by his four children: Julie Ann Kenney, JoAnn McKeown, Mary Lou Mulholland (Rick), and Andrew LeBlanc (Susan). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Ian (Kelsy), Leslie (Brent), Edward, Kelly (Paul), Vanessa (Ramsay), Dylan, and Amy (Cameron), as well as his great grandchildren Pacey, Logan, Samuel, Emilia, Miley, and Tanner.

Andy is survived by his dear brother Jim LeBlanc (Carol) and his sisters in law Carol LeBlanc and Dolly LeBlanc. He was predeceased by his brothers John and Paul LeBlanc.

After moving to Kingston in 1970, Andy established Anjon Insurance Adjusters, where he worked until his retirement. He was a successful businessman—respected, well known, and admired for his integrity, dedication, and professionalism.

Andy never lost his deep love for fishing, the ocean, and the Maritime provinces. Drawn to the water throughout his life, he eventually settled on Sydenham Lake in Sydenham, Ontario and built a cabin in Twillingate, Newfoundland, which he considered his second home.

He will be remembered for his positive outlook, devotion to family, sense of humour, and the rich life he built in Kingston, Sydenham, and Twillingate.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to the staff at Providence Care Hospital and Kingston General Hospital for the exceptional care Andy received.

In keeping with Andy’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at James Reid Funeral Home, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston, from 1:00–1:50 p.m., followed by a celebration of life in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the funeral home.
