With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lillian Lougheed. Loving wife of Bill (deceased 2023) for 67 years. Mother of Bill junior, Brenda Ginn (Jim) and their children, Andrew (Erin) and Kaylie (Justin), and Pam Lougheed and her children Greg, Brad, and Janey. Great-grandmother to Theo and Wyatt Ginn and Milo Lant. Survived by sisters Marg and Connie, sister-in-law Amy, and brother-in-law Ted.
Mom and Dad had many successful businesses including Goderich Discount Centre, Movie World London, and M+M Food Market Chatham. They retired back to Goderich in 2005. Mom joined the IODE when they returned to Goderich and found it very rewarding.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 25, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. at Second Street Light Winery, 36594 Huron Road, Clinton. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to IODE or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
