Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday September 7, 2025.

Born in Chatham in 1938 daughter of the late Elizabeth and Pete Kelly.  Beloved wife of the late Donald Lozon (2008).

Donna was the beloved mother of Rick Lozon (Sandra) and Lori Hewak. She was the proud grandmother to Eric Lozon, Jessie Lozon, Melissa Lozon and Mikey Lozon, Zack Hewak, Jacob Hewak and Joey Hewak. Her heart was full of love for her great grandchildren Erika, Nathan, Kali who brought her endless joy.

She worked for many years as housekeeper at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, where she was known for her dedication and kindness. Donna will be remembered as an amazing woman with a wonderful sense of humor. She adored her grandchildren and loved family gatherings, and had a special fondness for boating, backyard barbecues, and a lively party.

One of her favorite daily rituals was enjoying an episode of Wheel of Fortune and Dancing with the Stars.

She will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her warmth, laughter, and love of life will live on in the memories of all who know her.

Friends and relatives may visit at the Hinnegan Peseski Funeral Home, 156 William St. S. Chatham from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Thursday September 11, 2025.

A Chapel Service will be conducted in Hinnegan-Peseski Funeral Home Ltd., on Friday September 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Burial will take place in Maple Leaf Cemetery.

Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Charity of One’s Choice would be appreciated.
