Peacefully at the Bon Air LTR in Cannington on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at age 97. Norma (nee Gibson), beloved wife of the late Joseph Squire Matthews. Loving mother of Lenard Matthews of Port Perry. Predeceased by her father Lindsay Gibson, her mother Edith Stirling (nee Cleal), her brother Walter Gibson, and her sister Eva Gibson. Norma was a proud member of the United Church for over 70 years, enjoyed singing in the choir and was a past member of the Couple Club. She will be fondly missed by her extended family and friends.
