Mitchell: Linda Marie – A resident of Blenheim and formerly of West Lorne, Linda Mitchell passed away at home on Sunday, June 22, 2025 at the age of 77.

Born in London, Linda was the daughter of the Harold and Margaret Mitchell. Beloved wife of Harold Haddock. Honorary mother to Christine Parking (Philip) and Denise Coubrough (Duncan). Predeceased by step-daughter Tammy Haddock (2003).

Proud Grandmother to Hailey Craig (Bailey) and Mikayla Coubrough. Predeceased by her siblings to Marietta Calder (late Steve) and Norman Mitchell. Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends, extended family and their traveling companions in Iowa.

Linda retired as a DSW from the Southwest Regional Center after almost 40 years of service. Linda loved gardening, traveling, going to book clubs, meat draws at the Legion and Thursday concerts at the park. She enjoyed taking photos of the family while simultaneously avoiding the camera.

As per Linda’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Friday, June 27, 2025 from 12:00pm until the Celebration of Linda’s Life at 2:00pm. Private family interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery at a later date. Donations made in memory of Linda to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
