MITTON, Joyce Pheobe Tiger Mitton

Entered into rest peacefully at St. Peter’s Residence at Chedoke on June 1, 2026 at the age of 90, surrounded by family.

Born to Thomas Smith and Nell Bowyer of Hamilton, Ontario. Joyce Pheobe Tiger Mitton was one of four children. Joyce is predeceased by her brothers Thomas Smith, Bernard Smith and Edward Smith.

Beloved wife of the late John Mitton. Loving mother of JoAnne Tait (Ray – deceased), Holly Mitton (Deceased), Susan Larsen (deceased) (Ray Larsen), Debra Poff (Gord). Proud and loving grandmother to 6 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great Great grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held on June 12, 2026 at Glanbrook Cemetery at 1:00pm. A funeral procession to Glanbrook Cemetery will depart at 12:30pm from Miller Funeral Chapel.
