MOORE, Doug Moore

After a 6-year battle with cancer, Doug has gone to be with his mom and dad, Helen and Donald Moore, and his brothers and sister Gary, Rob and Catherine. Doug will be missed by his wife Lorrie (nee Geffros), his kids Jessica (Ryan) and Robert (Brooklyn), and his siblings Jim, Linda (John), Ken (Debbie), Marylou (Rod), Judy (Steve), and Randy (Judy). Loved by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.

Doug worked at Loblaws for the last 14 years.

We would like to thank Dr. Decarlis and the nurses in the chemo suite for the amazing job they do, as well as the amazing team at Lisaard House who made this transition as smooth as possible.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with his family at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S, Waterloo, on Monday, September 8, 2025, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation will continue Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m., followed by the funeral service in the chapel of the funeral home at 11 a.m. Reception to follow in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room. Doug was always happiest wearing jeans and a t-shirt, so in memory of Doug, we ask that you dress in your most comfy clothes.
