NICKLE, Judith Nickle

At Brightshores Health System in Owen Sound on December 2, 2025, in her 84^th year, after a brief illness and surrounded by her family.

Judith Diana Nickle (nee Winch). Daughter of the late Harold and Iva Winch. Wife and  best friend for 55 years of Brad Powers. Loving mother of Bradley Nickle, Terry Nickle and Tracy Rintoul (Phil). Loving sister-in-law to Mary Powers. Proud grandma of Nicole Cameron (Alex), Billy McMillan (Marianne), Brett Nickle (Victoria), Lukas Rintoul, Brock Nickle (Ashley), Carter Nickle and Patrick Nickle. Great grandma to Rowan, Evelyn and Clarke. She was a special person in the lives of Shelly Oates (Dave), Sherry Lumley, Kyler Jones (Jen) and Jared and Grace Lumley. Predeceased by her in-laws Jim and Betty Powers and her granddaughter Brooklyn Nickle.

Judy was known for her big spicy, feisty, outspoken personality and that is what we loved and will miss about her most. She loved her husband, kids and grandkids beyond measure. She was our famous, cherished family story teller and had an exceptional memory. Her unfiltered wisdom will be missed most of all.

As per Judy’s wishes to not have a funeral, we will be having a private family celebration of her life on December 21, 2025. She requested we tell stories and reminisce and of course have a beer while sharing all the wonderful memories she has left with us all.
