It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Catherine (Cathe) Penny on Friday August 14th 2026 at the age of 69.
Beloved sister of Peggy (Jim) Stirling, Theresa Penny, Peter (Louanne) Penny. Forever in the hearts of her nieces and nephews Brent (Jessica) Stirling, Ian Stirling, and Amy (Alex) Hammond, Natalie and Matthew Penny ; as well as her great niece and nephew Lincoln and Vada Stirling.
Predeceased by her parents Carl and Mary Penny and her brother Charlie.
Visitation will take place at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE on Saturday August 29, 2026 from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Donations in Cathie’s memory can be made to the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society and are sincerely appreciated by the family.
