It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra Colleen Perriam on December 7, 2025, at the age of 86.
Beloved wife of the late Norman Perriam (2007). Loving mother to Cathy (Larry), Kevin (Shelley), and Dave. Cherished grandmother to Tracy (Joe), Tim (Kristyn), Brooke, Jesse, Cody (Lauren), and Kendra. Proud great-grandmother to Lauryn, Owen (Darby), Hayden (Josie), Nate, Isla, and Jack, and great-great-grandmother to Everly.
Sandra is survived by her siblings Peggy (Don) and Terry (Pat), and predeceased by her son-in-law Larry, siblings Alan, Wayne, and Rose, as well as in-laws Don (Ilene), Glen (survived by Shirley), and Lloyd (Betty). Sandra will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Sandra was an avid sports fan, cheering for hockey, baseball, and curling. She played a key role in reestablishing Ladies Fastball in Arkona. Later in life, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting, and spending time camping and outdoors with her children and grandchildren. She loved playing cards and Bingo with friends at Orchard View Apartments and treasured trips north to her dear friend Beatrice’s cottage.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at Denning’s of Forest, followed by interment at Arkona Cemetery. A luncheon, catered by Denning’s, will follow at Arkona Senior’s Centre, 7355 Arkona Rd, Arkona.
