It is with great sadness that the family announces the unexpected passing of Donald Prefasi on Monday, December 8, 2025, at the Timmins and District Hospital at the age of 73.
Beloved father of Jaime Johnson and Cristal Plouffe (Dan Courchesne). Cherished grandfather of Jacob, Hayden and Kane. Dear brother of Jeannine Toal (Glenn).
He will also be greatly missed by his dearest friends Don, Emily and Branden, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Donald is predeceased by his parents Regina Rossignol and John Prefasi, his sister Linda Whitmore and his brother Denis Prefasi.
As per his wishes, cremation will take place. There will be no funeral or visitation. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to LESSARD Funeral and Cremation Centre. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
