ROBERTSON, Dorothy Robertson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Robertson (née Mitchell) of Leith on January 4, 2025. Dorothy passed away peacefully at the Grey Bruce Hospice – Chapman House in her 90th year, with her husband Kyle by her side.

For 63 years, she was the beloved wife of Kyle Robertson. Loving Mom to Sheila McNeill (Paul) of Shallow Lake and David Robertson (Dawna) of Annan. Proud grandmother of Cody (Nicole), Nicholas (Jill), Daniel (Caroline), and Andrew (Christina). Dorothy will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was a lifelong member of her community, actively involved in the Trinity United Church and the Leith United Church. Dorothy was passionate about gardening, playing music with the Merry Music Makers, and being a pillar of support for her loved ones.

In accordance with her wishes, cremation has taken place, and a private family graveside service will be held at the Leith Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Chapman House or the Friends of Leith United Church would be appreciated.
