Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Wednesday September 17, 2025.
Beloved husband of 59 years of Florence. Loving father of Sheryl Tennant, Jeanette Smith (Bryan) and Beverly Kostenick.
Proud grandfather of Jake (Madison), Rachel, Lauryn, Hailey, and Tyler, and great grandfather of Margot. Dear brother of Margaret and the late Jean.
Len dedicated over 50 years of his career to Robertson Heating Ltd. Known for his strong work ethic and unwavering loyalty.
Beyond his professional life, he was a man of many passions. He was a pilot and also enjoyed camping. He loved nothing more that packing up the motorhome to explore the beauty of Canada from coast to coast. He especially cherished his yearly trips to Newfoundland, where he reunited with family and lifelong friends.
Community was central to his life, and he gave back generously by coaching soccer with Kingside Park and Lakeshore League. He enjoyed encouraging young players and building memories.
Len will be lovingly remembered by many family and friends.
