SCHOFIELD, Phyllis Monica Schofield

Passed away suddenly on March 27, 2026, just 1 month shy of her 75th birthday.

Beloved wife of the late John Charles Schofield. Loving sister of Penny Duffield and husband David Lloyd, sister-in-law od Drs. Alan and Charlotte Jones of Kelowna , B.C.

Phyllis Monica Schofield is predeceased by her parents Adele Catharine Zubrycki and Philip Saskie.

She will be fondly remembered by many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

Phyllis had a strong network of wonderful friends in the Stonecroft community and will be remembered by many colleagues from her teaching career in Peel and Kitchener.

Cremation has taken place. Relatives and friends will be received at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 1 – 3 p.m. for a celebration of her life with Parish prayers offered at 2:30 p.m.
