Anna Mae Wagler, began her business in 1978. What started as baking pies at home and selling them at the end of her laneway, alongside fresh garden produce, soon grew into a dedicated baking venture.

In 1991, she relocated to Perth Line 72, where her modest bakery quickly evolved into a restaurant known to many as Anna Maes Bakery and Restaurant. Anna Mae retired and sold her well-established business in 2001.
