Passed away peacefully on the evening of Monday September 8, 2025 at Agecare Samac in Oshawa, in the company of loved ones.
Beloved daughter of Marguerite(Webster) and Gordon Zinkie(both predeceased} and cherished sister of Sharon Coulas(Zinkie) and Gordie Zinkie(both predeceased).
Loving wife and best friend to Robert for over 60 years. Adored, cherished and loved by her children, Rodney(Valerie Dewar) and Roberta(Rob Graham).
Cherished grandmother to Rodney’s daughter and son, Kayla May & Raven and Roberta’s sons, Robbie & Mikey.
Loved and missed by her many nieces and nephews.
Shirley was an avid lover of painting, outdoor life and gardening.
She will be remembered for her warm smile, sense of humor and her loving personality.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society, in Shirley’s name, would be warmly welcomed.
