It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Anthony Ignatius “Tony” Stanfl on November 21, 2024, at the age of 91. Tony is now reunited with his loving son, Tony Jr.
Treasured husband of Lorraine (née Narozanski) for 68 wonderful years, Tony was a devoted and adored father to Luanne (Sam) Morra and beloved Didi to Dr. Alexandra Morra (Dr. Nabil Hawwa). His kindness and love will be deeply missed by his entire family and his many dear friends.
Tony lived life with determination and a never-give-up spirit, encapsulated in his motto: “I won’t give up, I won’t give in, until I reach the end.” His legacy of strength, love, and devotion will continue to inspire those who knew him.
Visitation will take place on Monday, November 25, 2024, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Ave., Hamilton, ON. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church, 20 Idlewood Ave., Hamilton, ON.
