TAUBER, Marion Tauber

Passed away on July 19, 2026, in Kelowna, British Columbia, at the age of 91.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her children Ernie (Vicki) Tauber, Joan (Dan) Daase, Dan (Tammy) Tauber, Mark (Karen) Tauber, and her special daughter, Angie (Jim) Holtom; additionally, she leaves twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.

Sadly, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Gordon Tauber, with whom she shared almost 66 years of marriage before he passed in 2023; as well as her parents, Robert and Adina Beach; her brother Allen Beach; and her daughter-in-law, Karen, who passed in 2024.

Marion Tauber loved Jesus and her family dearly. She enjoyed cooking at Okanagan camp, catering large events, and sewing and crocheting afghans. She was also famous for her pickles and cinnamon buns. Her favourite ice cream was maple walnut.

In retirement years, Gordon and Marion loved to travel with their truck and trailer; they were hardly ever home on weekends. Oh, the adventures they went on.

Marion will be greatly missed. Love you Mom, until we see you again. I sure hope you can make cinnamon buns in heaven.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM (PDT), at Springfield Funeral Home, 2020 Springfield Road, Kelowna, BC. If you are unable to attend in person, please join the family online by Livestream at the time of the service (see below), a recording will be made available to in 3-5 days.
