Wayne Ralph Thompson

Wayne Ralph Thompson, beloved husband of Allison for 33 years, passed away peacefully at the age of 62 on October 17, 2024. Wayne was a loving father to Jonathan, Jennifer (Ravi), and Stephanie, and the best “Pop” to his grandchildren Ethan, Lauren, and Brixton. He was a dear brother to Mike and adored son-in-law of Gloria. Wayne was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Rosella, and his brother Gord.
Wayne dedicated 35 years of service to Bell/BTS, where his humor, work ethic, and kindness were appreciated by all who knew him. He will be remembered fondly by family, friends, and colleagues for his warmth and generosity.
Visitation for Wayne will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Courtice Funeral Chapel, 1587 Highway #2, Courtice, ON L1E2R7. A private family service will be held at a later time.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to The Farley Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
