She long journey came to an end at her home in her 99th year Jantje Top will call unto me and I will answer her, I will be with her in trouble, I will deliver her and honour her, with long life I will satisfy her and show her my salvation. Reunited with husband Pieter (2006) and son Randy (2015). Loving Mother of Brian, Peter, Harry (Wilhelmine) (Maureen). Missed by brother Rieks and Sisters Ge’ and Tilly ( Bert) and Nephew Tico (Ali). Predeceased by her parents Mina and Bieuwko Kremer and eight brothers Henk, Ties, Ebel, Jacob, Herman, Andre’ Dick, Arie. The Top family wishes to extend their thanks to the staff of Bayshore, PSW Denise for her many years of support for Brian and Mom Heartfelt thanks to Nurse Mandy and Dr. A Crombeen for making Moms last week comfortable and peaceful.
