Vasilie Rajevski

It is with heartfelt sadness that Vasilie Rajevski passed away surrounded by the love of his family at Oak Ridges Hospice, Port Perry on Saturday March 14, 2026 at the age of 77 years. Loved and missed dearly by his wife Fiona (nee Knapp) and his sons Matthew and Nathan. Also loved and remembered by his dear sister Vera Garber (Rajevski) (Mike), and sons Andre and Roman.  Predeceased by parents Irene and Dimitri Rajevski.

We will always remember Vas for his devotion to family and friends. Vas was ever the builder and problem-solver. He enjoyed watching F1 at the cottage and taking everyone out for moonlit cruises. He also enjoyed sailing Lake Ontario on his home- built yacht for many years. But his biggest joy was being with his sons and taking them out on many adventures. We will cherish the memories.

A private Celebration of Life will be held Friday, April 24th from 1pm to 5pm at Wooden Sticks Golf Club in Uxbridge, Ontario.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Oak Ridges Hospice Port Perry would be appreciated by the family.  Cremation has been entrusted to Low & Low Funeral Home, Uxbridge.  Friends are invited to share memories, express condolences or make donations www.lowandlow.ca.
