Trudy is now reunited with her beloved husband, Julius, whom she cherished dearly.
She was a loving mother to Guenther (Barb), Karen (Larry), and Phyllis; a cherished grandmother to Matthew and Timothy (Cindy); and a devoted great-grandmother to Isabella and Jensen
Trudy was predeceased by her parents, Rudolf and Dorothea; her brother, Harry; and her son, Ron.
She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her family and friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
Visitation will be held at Oshawa Funeral Home, 847 King Street West, Oshawa, Ontario, L1J 2L4, on October 31, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, followed by the Funeral Service at the same location from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
A Committal Service will take place at Thornton Cemetery, 1200 Thornton Rd N, Oshawa, Ontario, L1J 0C9, on October 31, 2026, from 2:45 pm to 3:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family are kindly asking for donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
