After a long and fulfilling journey, we celebrate the life of Marie Youssef (née Sleiman) who peacefully passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, July 13, 2026, at the age of 71.

Beloved wife of George Youssef for 47 wonderful years.

Loving mother of Marlene (Louis) Jacobs, Emile Youssef, and Robert (Kelly) Youssef.

Cherished Tété of Lily, Mason, Raya, and Georgie, who were the pride and joy of her life.

Daughter of Dalal (late Joseph) Sleiman, and daughter-in-law of the late Emile (late Marie) Youssef.

Dear sister of the late Hayat (George), Najla (Mike), Zeina, Jeanette (Tony), Riva (Chris), Terese (Martin), Tony (Jill), Buck (Susan), and the late Bakhos.

Dear sister-in-law of Lilianne, Viviane (Naim), Christiane (Bassam), Joe (Marlene), Georgette, and Hanna (Souad).

Marie will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

A devout Catholic, Marie made God the center of her life and drew strength from her unwavering faith. She will be fondly remembered for her love of nature and birds, her years of dedication as the owner of several businesses, and her remarkable talent as a seamstress. Above all, Marie treasured her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, who brought her immense happiness and pride.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., Windsor, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m with parish prayers at 7:00pm.   A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charbel Parish, 5700 Outer Dr., Oldcastle. Entombment will follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
