WHITELAW, Ian Campbell - December 6, 1935 - October 2, 2022
Passed away peacefully on October 2, 2022 at the age of 86.
He will be greatly missed by his sons Jeremy (Michelle) and Graham (Cindy). Cherished grandfather of Jaden.
Beloved brother of Diana. Brother-In-Law and dear friend of Margaret Kriegel. He was born in England, December 6, 1935.
He graduated from Farmborough College of Technology. He followed his brother to Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and then moved to South Africa and married his wife, Anne, and started his career in the lumber business.
In 1969 the family moved to Canada.
He worked for most of his career with MacMillan Bloedell eventually as Managing Director of the King Trim Plant in Toronto.
He was a longtime member of Knox Presbyterian Church (Agincourt).
He was an avid golfer, semi pro soccer player and lover of music.
Visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1 p.m. Followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
