KOENIG, Jerome Arnold "Jerry" - In Loving Memory Jerome (Jerry) passed away peacefully, in Scarborough, Ontario, on September 29, 2022.
Born on April 2, 1941 (in La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA), Jerry proudly served in the United States Air Force for ten years.
While stationed in Stephenville, Newfoundland, he married Tina Retief, and recently celebrated 58 years of marriage.
Jerry leaves behind his loving wife, Tina; daughter, Amy; son, Anthony; daughter-in-law, Ingrid; and grandchildren, Jordan and Ashleigh.
Jerry is also survived by his younger brother, Richard; and three sisters, Mary, Darlene, and Cindy.
A huge Toronto Blue Jays and Green Bay Packers fan, Jerry loved all sports. He was a proud hockey dad, and when he wasn't at the rink, he was either volunteering in his community or ushering at the church.
A Celebration of Life was held on Monday, October 3rd, at Jerrett Funeral Home, followed by a beautiful Mass at St. Maria Goretti the next morning.
His wife and children wish to express their sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from all their family, friends, neighbours, and clergy.
