Trotter BrianTROTTER, Brian  -  Third son to Joseph Harry and Dorene Trotter of Willowdale.

Passed away peacefully, at Hospice Huronia in Penetanguishene, Ontario, on April 8, 2024.

Brian grew up in Willowdale, earned a degree in Environmental Studies attending Waterloo University and found a career in the advertising industry.

There, he met his wife of 34 years, Moira (Fox).

Brian was thrilled to welcome home his loving children, Godsends Joseph (Marilyn), and Leighanne; and was over the moon to have become grandfather to Joseph Jr., whom he loved enormously.

In addition to immediate family, Brian leaves behind siblings Paul (Kath), Bruce (Susan), Marylynn (Sean); and numerous relatives from both sides of his family.

He loved them all. Wherever Brian found himself in life, the Globe and Mail, MacLean Hunter, Waterloo U, and as far back as grade school, he met and kept the most wonderful friends. He will be greatly missed by all.

The family would like to thank Brian's 'A Team' from the GI unit of PMH, the best GP on the planet in Penetanguishene, Hospice Huronia in Penetanguishene, Georgian Bay Hospital Midland and his amazing group of friends, all of whom supported him immensely throughout his long illness.

At Brian's request, there will be no funeral.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.

Donations can be made to: Princess Margaret Hospital and/or Hospice Huronia.
