SCHELL, Jean Barbara    -  Passed away peacefully, at the age of 96 on June 16, 2024.

Beloved wife for 71 years of Harry (2019).

Much loved Mom, of Sue Chewins, Sally Sandiford, Sandy Schell Kennedy (Richard) and Steve (Sandy).

Proud Granny, to Sarah (Norm), Jess (Adam), Katie, Mina (Pieter), Matt (Rachel), Simon (Stacia), Dan (Pam), Jer (Nat), and Jaymi (Mike).

Great-grandchildren, Nolan, Colton, Zoey, Isaac, Reese, Avery, Quinn, Olivia, Elias, Kodi, Marley, Oliver, and Leni brought her special joy.

Barbara was born to Walter and Gladys Brillinger, on Main Street in Stouffville, on February 23, 1928. She was predeceased by her sister, Beryl Sanderson (Bud), and brother Jerry Brillinger (Norma). Dearly loved and will be missed by all in the extended Brillinger and Schell families.

Barbara Schell was a wonderful Wife, Mom, Granny, and lifelong community volunteer. Her family will be forever grateful to the incredible staff at Country Home in Stouffville, for the outstanding care they extended to Mom and Dad over the last five and a half years.

Family and friends are invited to join us in saying goodbye to Mom. A Service to celebrate her life will be held at Stouffville United Church, 34 Church St., Stouffville, on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at 2 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
