SKANKS (SHEPHERD), Ola Marie - November 28, 1926 - August 13, 2018
Ola passed away peacefully at Baycrest after a short illness.
She was predeceased by her beloved daughters Roberta and Marianne.
Ola is lovingly remembered by her daughters Donna Taylor (Hudson) and Cynthia, her grandchildren Julian Taylor and Shawna Taylor and her great-granddaughter Ella Taylor Maslen.
She is fondly remembered by her sisters Zanana Lorraine Akande and June McLean and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Ola was deeply honoured to have recently been inducted into The Encore! Dance Hall of Fame by Dance Canada Danse, in recognition of her lifelong contributions to theatrical dance in Canada.
Memorial Gathering on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at The Native Canadian Centre of Toronto, 16 Spadina Rd., Toronto.
