ATTFIELD, Carol Lynne - It is with heavy hearts that we announce that Carol passed away after a brief illness, peacefully and surrounded by her family on August 26, 2018, at the age of 71 years.
Our beloved mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, great-aunt and friend, Carol will be forever missed by her loving son Stephen (Holly), her brother Daniel Motkaluk, her three treasured grandchildren Evan, Alicia and Vanessa.
Her special friend Ray Jablonski, along with numerous cousins, nephews and long-time family friends.
She was predeceased by her parents Olga and Karl Motkaluk.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to Dr. Girn and the staff of Credit Valley Hospital Critical Care Unit for their kindness, support and excellent care.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 30th at 7:00 p.m., followed by a memorial service at 8:00 p.m. at The Simple Alternative Funeral Centre, 1535 South Gateway Road, Mississauga.
