TURNER, Brian William - (P.Eng.) - (Dec. 20, 1931 – Aug. 27, 2018) - Passed away peacefully at the age of 86 years.
Loving husband to Elizabeth.
Cherished father of Jane (Michael) and late Lesley Anne. Proud grandfather of Stephanie, Matthew and late Brian.
Chief Engineer with The Merchant Marines, UK. Immigrating to Canada and eventually settling in Mississauga where he began a career with The Toronto Harbour Commission and retired as Director of Works. Also a Governor with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution as this organization was very close to heart.
The family extends heartfelt gratitude to the Trillium Health Partners for their care and compassion over the last year and a half.
As per Brian’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.
