Visser NickVISSER, Nick  -  Peacefully passed away at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket on Friday, November 9, 2018. Nick Visser of Bradford in his 88th year.

Beloved husband of Afra.

Loving father of Mary (Ron) Dennis, Henny Risebrough (Al Myre), Linda (Joe) Mariconda and Ron (Diana) Visser.

Proud grandpa of Pam (Steve), Michael (Michelle); Elton (Natalie), Jenn (Ryan); Brennan and Jessica. Cherished great grandpa of Noah, Aidan, Joel, Darcy, Mark and Owen.

Dear brother of Tina, Corrie, Ton, Jos and predeceased by Jan and Marie. Nick will also be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews.

Nick was an avid gardener with a passion for peonies. He was also an amateur ham radio operator and volunteered for Doane House Hospice and Telecare.

Friends may be received at Skwarchuk funeral home, Bradford, for visitation on Monday, November 12, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Martyrs of Japan Church, 167 Essa St., Bradford on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment Holy Martyrs Cemetery, Bradford.

In Nick’s memory, donations may be made to the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
