PONTE, Maria Conceição - God called Maria peacefully on December 02, 2018 at the age of 67.
She will be forever missed by her loving husband José. Proud mother of Zacarias and Mike.
Her memory will be held dear in the hearts of her brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces.
Visitation will be held at the Vescio Funeral Home 'Toronto Chapel' (2080 Dufferin Street, north of Rogers Road) on Thursday, December 6th, from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. & 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday December 07, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church (15 Grace Street). Burial to follow at Prospect Cemetery (1450 St. Clair Avenue West).
Maria will be held forever in the hearts of her family and many friends.
