PROCHASKA, Christina (Christa) (nee von BUTTLAR-MOSCON) - Immigrating to Canada in late 1954, Christa was a nurse at The Hospital For Sick Children until 1966, before starting a family with her fellow Austrian, Gerhard (Gerry).
Christa passed away on December 2, 2018.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gerry.
She will be dearly missed by her sons, Rick and Bobby (Sue) and her grandchildren, McKenna and Aidan.
Christa is fondly remembered for her passion for nature, as well as for being a thoughtful friend, a loving mother and a doting Oma.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to The World Wildlife Fund of Canada is gratefully suggested.
A celebration of life will follow after the holidays.
