Beloved wife of the late James Duke Mulqueen.
Loving mother of Dr. John Hopkins (Mary Thompson).
Cherished grandmother of Alastair Hopkins (Gabriela Tokarska).
A special thanks to the nursing and administrative staff at Harmony Hills, and to the staff at Claremont Retirement Residence where Kathleen made her home for four years.
A private family service will be held followed by cremation.
