SWEENEY, J. Patrick - Passed away after a courageous battle with non-Hodgkins Lymphoma on December 26, 2018. God called Pat home to a higher purpose at age 59.
Beloved husband to Leann (Palermo) and devoted father to his sons Jason and Dylan.
Dearest son to Jim and the late Shirley Sweeney and son-in-law to Fred and Muriel Palermo.
Loving brother to Kerry (Zoltan) and brother-in-law to Tony (Eileen). Pat will also be missed by his niece Meagan and nephews Ryan, Patrick and Michael.
Visitation will be held at Turner & Porter - Yorke Chapel, Toronto, ON, on Wednesday, January 2nd, from 2pm to 4pm and from 7pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows, 3055 Bloor St. W., Toronto, on January 3rd, at 11am.
Donations, in lieu of flowers would be appreciated to the Society of St. Vincent de Paul OLS, or a charity of your choice in Pat’s name.
